Group Online Exercise Classes for Women in Midlife
Supportive, evidence-based classes designed to honour your body’s natural changes through perimenopause, and menopause — while helping you build strength, maintain bone health, and improve mobility.
These live, online sessions are tailored specifically for women in midlife (35-60 years old) and led with care, expertise, and up-to-date knowledge of women’s physiology. The focus is on safe, progressive movement that supports joint health, posture, balance, and muscular endurance — without the pressure of “pushing through” pain or fatigue.
In each class, you'll learn how to move in ways that are effective, enjoyable, and sustainable — all within a welcoming space where you’re supported, not judged. It's not just about exercise — it's about helping you feel strong, capable, and connected again in your changing body.
